STUDIO B

Our intimate Studio B is the perfect setting for transformative classes in a variety of formats. These small classes combine the energy and motivation of group classes with the personal attention of one-on-one training.

Barre Burn
Barre Burn is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates. Be prepared for a total body workout with dynamic exercises and fiery sequences, targeting both large and small muscle groups. This class will help strengthen and tone your muscles, while increasing cardiovascular endurance. Using fitness balls, bands, sliders and light weights, you’ll work your muscles to fatigue, creating that “burn” and “afterburn” to produce results!

Body Bands

Body Bands features high intensity intervals with resistance bands for a total body workout. Additional core work and stretching will also be incorporated in class. Feel free to take this class barefoot or with sneakers! No experience needed. All exercises can be modified to any fitness level.

Buti Yoga
Buti Yoga is a calorie-scorching, body-sculpting yoga practice known for its intensive cardio bursts of primal movement and powerful asanas. The word “Buti” is an Indian Marathi word for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” Buti yoga flows through Vinyasa Yoga poses intertwined with plyometrics, all designed to activate the core muscle groups. Prepare to get lost in the music and revitalize your soul in this inspirational class!

Cardio Kick & Sculpt

During this high-energy kickboxing class, you will perform jabs, hooks, crosses, uppercuts and kicks to engage your arms, legs and core for a total body workout. All movements can be modified for high or low impact. In addition, light weights are used during a portion of class for sculpting and strength. Improve your stamina, coordination, flexibility and balance as you burn calories and build lean muscle…all while having fun!

Cardio Sculpt
This total body workout incorporates weights and other equipment to sculpt long lean muscles and torch fat. Working at moderate to intense levels will set your heart thumping to the beat of the music for a maximum cardio challenge. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels.

Circuit Training

A high-intensity boot camp style class. You’ll cover every major muscle group while moving through a variety of stations using dumbbells, resistance bands and more.

Core Flow
Core Flow is centered on the movements of Yoga, while incorporating elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is emphasized and options are provided for all levels. You’ll gain strength and flexibility and leave with a feeling of rejuvenation.

Cross HIIT

This class combines time-based periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods. Body weight exercises along with hand weights will be used to focus on increasing cardiovascular and muscular strength.

In-Trinity
The revolutionary Johnny G In-Trinity® Board redefines the training environment. This euphoric workout features a unique blend of strengthening, stretching and balancing exercises performed on a patented inclined board. Designed for all levels of fitness, In-Trinity® combines yoga, Pilates and martial arts with a backdrop of calming music to inspire and promote physical and mental wellbeing.

HIIT The Barre

HIIT the Barre is a hybrid class that combines the benefits of interval training with exercise techniques inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. The first half of class takes you through a total body workout using high-intensity intervals. The second half focuses on traditional barre and floor work. Low-impact, high-intensity movements for toning, strength and flexibility!

TRX Boot Camp
TRX Bootcamp is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX Suspension Trainer is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. You’ll be challenged in new ways that adapt to any fitness level.

Yoga Pump

Yoga moves are intensified by incorporating light weights, exercise bands and balls. Appropriate for all levels of fitness to focus on balance, core strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will vary depending on the instructor.
