At Rebel Ride, you’re behind the wheel.
Meet the new face of indoor cycling that will capture your heart. When the lights go down and the music turns up, you’ll be immersed in awe-inspiring theater illumination as kindred spirits come together.
As Rebels, you have the freedom to choose your own ride. Rhythm Rides deliver mesmerizing, pulsing beats that make your mind and body soar. Performance Rides bring out your “baddest self” with metrics tracking featuring the newest Stages Power Meter technology.
Rebel Ride offers high-intensity cardio training in both Rhythm and Performance formats. As with any physical activity, you’ll want to consult with a physician if you are new to indoor cycling. Our instructors will inspire you to push yourself, but it’s important for you to listen to your body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class so that a staff member can assure that you are set up on the bike properly. If it’s your first indoor cycling class, we encourage you to first take our Rebel 101 class, which is free and will help you understand everything you need to know. Safety and comfort are priority number one, so when in doubt, please feel free to ask an instructor or staff member any questions you may have.
If you have never used cycle shoes, a staff member will gladly show you how to “clip in” before your ride. Cycle shoes are required for the best ride experience and are complimentary, or you may bring your own.
Be sure to hydrate before, during and after class! We have a filtered water fountain for refills, and bottled water for purchase.
No Rules, Just Etiquette
Arrive On Time
Classes will begin at the designated time, and lighting will be dim inside the studio. For your safety, and to respect the class environment, we ask that you arrive with enough time to prepare for class and get comfortably set up on your bike. Late arrival could result in your bike being released to another rider. We will not allow entry into class later than 2 minutes after the class has started.
No Phone Zone
In order to experience the best 50 minutes possible, we ask that you to leave your cell phone in your locker, which is equipped with a charging station for your convenience.
Do Your Part
We provide all customers with fresh, fluffy towels for class and take care of cleaning the bikes and other equipment afterwards. In an effort to keep our studio clean and neat, please deposit your used towels and cycle shoes in the provided receptacles.
You’ll find the energy in the room during our classes is transformative and addicting! If you must leave class early, we ask that you select a bike close to the door in order to keep the distraction to a minimum.
Customers may cancel a reserved class, without penalty, provided it is cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled class. You may log into your account at rebelride.com to cancel. A reservation that is not cancelled 12 hours prior to the class will result in forfeiture of the credit used to reserve the class.
