BEFORE YOU RIDE
Rebel Ride offers high-intensity cardio training in several ride formats. As with any physical activity, you’ll want to consult with a physician if you are new to indoor cycling or have any other physical restrictions. Our instructors will inspire you to push yourself, but it’s important for you to listen to your body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. Please arrive early so that a staff member can assure that you are set up on your bike properly.
Rebel 101: We encourage new riders to sign up for Rebel 101, which is FREE and will help you understand everything you need to know. This class is generally offered on the first Saturday of the month at noon, but is subject to change. We are happy to schedule a time for a private introduction if the 101 class doesn’t fit into your schedule.
Cycle Shoes: Cycle shoes are required for the best ride experience and are offered complimentary if you do not have your own. Our bikes accept both Look Delta and SPD cleats.
