After spending years on the West Coast and in Boston, Rachel has made her way to Western New York to stay. This fitness guru is a stay at home momma of a toddler and an older son.

Saying it’s ‘fun, loud and sweaty’ for the reasons she loves cycling, Rachel’s classes will be packed solid with hip-hop, R&B, EDM, pop, alt rock and classic rock hits.

With certifications in AFAA Group Exercise, TRX, In-Trinity®, Schwinn and Stages indoor cycling, this full-time fit mama has taught indoor cycling, cardio kickboxing, boot camps, TRX, and Muscle & Conditioning on Boston’s North Shore and Marin County, California.
