Our Team
Allison
Yoga Pump | In-Trinity | Circuit

Allison was a competitive gymnast growing up, and moved into coaching for about 7 years after that. She says, “Gymnastics helped me realize my true passion for health and fitness.”  She has been teaching a variety of group fitness classes for over 10 years, including cycle, yoga, pilates, step and core strength classes.

Outside of teaching fitness, Allison is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and treats a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. “I use functional exercise and manual therapy to allow my patients to reach their goals.”

For Allison, fitness and Physical Therapy are a perfect match. “I am lucky enough to be able to treat patients recovering from injury and get them back to what makes them happy. Being in the fitness industry allows me to inspire and motivate people to be healthy for life.”  Allison holds certifications in Functional Strength, Cardio Core, Yoga, Yoga Rehabilitation, Pilates, KickBox Cardio, Mad Dogg Spinning, and In-Trinity, among others!

Allison’s busy schedule means always striving for balance so that she can also spend time with her husband Josh and son Gino. You’ll find Allison teaching a variety of classes in Studio B! Her favorite music? “I love teaching to anything with a good beat to keep my classes moving, but especially house/instrumental!”
